We will email or call you back within 24 hours (excluding Sundays) to discuss your needs and the best way to get your GeezerDuvet(s) to you, depending on where you live or work.
(Our offices are based at 5 Faure Close, Diep River, Cape Town, and we have workshops in both Cape Town and Johannesburg.)
Once your order is finalised, we will then send you an invoice, which will include our banking details for Internet transfer.
You can choose to pay either by internet transfer or direct deposit at your bank, and fax or email us your proof of payment. Mailed cheques are also welcome, though the other methods are quicker.
As soon as we have proof of payment (and any cheques have cleared), we will email you a receipt and also post or deliver your order, arrange for you to collect it from the nearest assembly point, or make an appointment to install your GeezerDuvet(s) for you, depending on what was agreed earlier.
Once your GeezerDuvet is installed, you get to enjoy the savings and feel good that you are helping to reduce the load on Eskom. We hope that you will inspire your friends, neighbours and workplace to follow your example!
